We offer legal support in civil matters after the death of the victim, namely:
1. Compensation, which includes the obligation to reimburse the costs of treatment and funeral to the person who incurred them, if the victim died as a consequence of injury or deterioration in health. The court may also grant to the immediate family members of the deceased the appropriate compensation if his/her death results in a significant deterioration of their life situation.
2. Claiming for a pension, which may be demanded by a person against whom the deceased fulfilled their maintenance obligation. A pension is calculated in accordance with the needs of the aggrieved party and the earning and property capacity of the deceased for the duration of the probable duration of the maintenance obligation. A pension may also be demanded by other relatives whom the deceased, on a voluntary basis, provided their means of subsistence on a permanent basis if circumstances indicate that the rules of social coexistence require it.
3. Non-pecuniary damages payment that the court can grant to close family members of the deceased for the harm suffered.
In addition, we help in obtaining fair compensation or non-pecuniary damages from the third-party liability insurance of those at fault for transport accidents or for injury caused by working in agriculture.
